Effective immediately, as of 11:12 AM on Thursday, December 7, 2023, all required microbiological testing of water samples from the area affected by the boil water advisory issued for the 2900th block of Player Street in Brunswick on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, has passed. Results have been verified by our state-licensed technician within a certified laboratory environment.

In order for BGJWSC staff to complete maintenance upgrades and main relocation as part of the storm drainage project managed by the City of Brunswick, water service will be intermittently unavailable or in low pressure from at or about 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 11, 2023 for service connections between and including Wilson Ave from H to I Street, including sections of Talmadge, Macon and Goodyear. Planned Road Closure – Storm Drain Relocation – Wilson Ave/Talmadge – Monday, December 11, 2023
In order for BGJWSC and contract staff to complete the Macon-Talmadge Storm drainage improvement project, please expect some delays in traffic along Wilson Ave. There is a water line on Wilson Ave (at Talmadge) which will need to be relocated to accommodate the storm drain line. We are aware that this will cause a disruption to customers in the area. Contractors will be performing the relocation on Monday, December 11, 2023, between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm.
