The terms outlined in our local ordinances allow your service account deposit to be returned to you after thirty-six (36) months of consecutive timely payments for residential accounts and after sixty (60) months for non-residential accounts. As our billing system upgrade in July of 2017 limits our ability to automatically process this review in a consistent and comprehensive manner, you may complete the form below to initiate a review of your account to determine if you qualify for a credit of your account deposit.
If approved, you will see a line item indicating the credit on your next billing statement. Refund checks will not be sent out.
If not approved, staff will email you the details that must be met to qualify.
