The terms outlined in our local ordinances allow your service account deposit to be returned to you after thirty-six (36) months of consecutive timely payments. As our billing system upgrade in July of 2017 limits our ability to automatically process this review in a consistent and comprehensive manner until July of 2020, you may complete the form below to initiate a review of your account to determine if you qualify for a credit of your account deposit.
If approved, you will see a line item indicating the credit on your next billing statement. If not approved, staff will email you the details that must be met to qualify.
Though our existing local ordinances limit this credit to single-family residential accounts, pending ordinance revisions may soon extend this deposit credit to non-residential accounts that have remained in good standing for a period of sixty (60) months.
