Offices Closed Early Wednesday Morning

Due to the expected inclement weather, the Joint Water and Sewer Commission Administrative Office located at 700 Gloucester St, along with non-essential field offices, will be closed from 5:00 PM Tuesday (1/28/14) until 10:00 AM Wednesday (1/29/14). Emergency services and our online payment system will still be available during this time.

The Brunswick-Glynn County Joint Water & Sewer Commission maintains the public sewer system in Glynn County. We make every possible effort to prevent sewer backups and overflows in the system but some of that effort is up to you as well. Please help fight sewer backups by following a few simple steps: Pour cooled fats, oils and grease into a covered, disposable container and throw it into your garbage. Never pour fats, oils or grease down sink drains or toilets. Soak up remaining oils...

Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday

In observance of the national holiday celebrating the birth of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., our offices will be closed this coming Monday, January 20 and will return on Tuesday, January 21. We will have emergency field staff available during the holiday.
