UPDATE AS OF 9:14 AM: The distribution mains have been successfully flushed, and all air has been purged from the lines. Water tank pressure is steadily increasing, which is helping to resolve reduced water pressure. As adequate water pressure was maintained, water will not need to be boiled before use.
