BGJWSC Budget and Rates Town Hall Meetings Scheduled For June 2024
Each year, we hold a pair of public town hall meetings to discuss our path going forward, present the priorities of our budget prepared to help us reach our goals during the coming year, plus outline any rate and fee changes proposed.
This year, we will hold our first meeting from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Wednesday, June 5 in the Howard Coffin Park auditorium at 1402 Sonny Miller Way in Brunswick. The following night, Thursday, June 6, our second meeting will be held from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM in room 108 of the Glynn County Casino at 550 Beachview Drive on St Simons Island.
Seating space will be provided. Each night will include a 30-minute presentation followed by 30 minutes for discussion.
We would like to invite you to attend virtually via our Facebook page or our YouTube channel where we will be monitoring the live feed for comments that you would like to ask. You may also email us questions in advance to the meeting. While Executive Director Andrew Burroughs will be presenting, members of our management team and commissioners will also be available in person during the meeting.
