Water Service Outage – Redfern Village on St. Simons Island – July 13, 2015

Attention Service Outage Notification In order to perform emergency repairs to the system, water service will be unavailable in Redfern Village and Skiff Landing on St. Simons Island from 11:00 p.m. on Monday, July 13, 2015 until 3:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2015. The BGJWSC apologizes in advance for the inconvenience.

Road Closure – Stonewall St in Brunswick – July 13, 2015

Attention Road Closure Notification In order to perform sewer main repairs in the area, the 2000 block of Stonewall St in Brunswick, between J St and K St, will be closed to thru traffic from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Monday, July 13, 2015. Homeowner access will be maintained but all other traffic should be prepared to take another route. The BGJWSC apologizes in advance for the inconvenience.

Road Closure – Forest Street on St. Simons Island – July 8, 2015

The Glynn County Community Development Department, Engineering Division has issued a temporary road closure for portions of Forest Street near the intersection of Neptune Road (Arnold Villas Subdivision, St. Simons Island) for Wednesday, July 8th from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This road closure is necessary for installing upgrades to the water and sewer system. Water Service Outage – East Beach Causeway, SSI – July 15, 2015

Attention Service Outage Notification A water outage has been scheduled from 10:00 PM Wednesday, July 15, 2015 to be restored 2:00 AM Thursday, July 16, 2015 to make needed repairs. Areas affected are East Beach Causeway from Demere Road to Ocean Road and surrounding areas. The BGJWSC apologizes in advance for the inconvenience.

In observance of the July 4th National Holiday, our administrative offices will be closed all day Friday, July 3rd, and will reopen on Monday, July 6th, at 8:00 a.m. All emergency services will still be available.
