Road Closure for Sewer Collection System Repairs – 100 Block of Worthing Road on Saint Simons Island – Monday, February 14, 2022

Attention Road Closure Notification Update as of 2/14: Closure rescheduled for Tuesday, 2/22/22 through Wednesday, 2/23/22. In order to perform sewer gravity main repairs in the area, the 100 Block of Worthing Road on Saint Simons Island will be closed to thru traffic. Planned Water Outage – Wesley Oaks on St Simons Island – Friday, February 11, 2022

In order to isolate a service connections for repair, BGJWSC staff will isolate the distribution system serving Wesley Oaks subdivision on St Simons Island at or about 9:00 am until 4:00 pm on both Friday, February 11, 2022 and Monday, February 14, 2022. Water service will be intermittent or unavailable until staff has completed the repair.
