Road Closure Notification
In order to perform sewer service repairs in the area, the intersection of 421 Union St and 1171 College St on St. Simons Island, will be closed to thru traffic from 7:00 a.m. thru 5:00 p.m. on Friday May 5th, 2017. Homeowner access will be maintained but all other traffic should be prepared to take another route.

All-Clear for Boil Water Advisory Issued for 1300 Block of Richmond Street in Brunswick on 5/1/17
Effective immediately, as of 7:18 AM on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, all required microbiological testing of water samples from the area affected by the boil water advisory issued for the 1300 block of Richmond Street in Brunswick on May 1, 2017 has passed. Results have been verified by our state-licensed technician within a certified laboratory environment.
This notification is an ALL-CLEAR and water used for drinking will no longer need to be boiled.

The Brunswick water system has lost pressure in the area serving the 1300 block of Richmond Street on Monday, May 1, 2017 in support of work being performed by a City of Brunswick contractor on the storm drain system, which is referred to as the Mansfield Street Project.
