PRESENT:

Thomas A. Boland, Sr., Chairman

Clifford Adams, Vice-Chairman

Donald M. Elliott, Commissioner

Ronald Perry, Commissioner

John A. Cason, III, City Commissioner

Allen Booker, County Commissioner (arrived after the open meeting)

Robert Bowen, Commissioner (arrived after the open meeting)

Chairman Boland called the meeting to order at 8:35 AM.

PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD

There being no citizens that wished to address the Commission, Chairman Boland closed the Public Comment Period.

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Commissioner Cason made a motion seconded by Commissioner Adams to adjourn into Executive Session for personnel reasons. Motion approved 5-0-2 (Commissioner’s Booker and Bowen were absent for the vote).

The Chairman stated there will not be a vote after the Executive Session.

Back in session.

Commissioner Perry made a motion seconded by Commissioner Elliott to return to the Regular Special Called Meeting. Motion approved 6-0-1 (Commissioner Bowen was absent for the vote).

Chairman Boland stated the final candidate for the Executive Director position will be announced at the June 16^th Commission Meeting.

There being no additional business to bring before the Commission, Chairman Boland adjourned the open meeting at 2:14 P.M.
