EXECUTIVE SESSION

PRESENT:                           Dale Provenzano, Chairman

                                                John A. Cason, III, City Commissioner

                                                Sandra J. Dean, Commissioner

                                                Donald M. Elliott, Commissioner, (Tele-Conference)

                                                David H. Ford, Commissioner

                                                Ronald E. Perry, Commissioner

ABSENT:                              Thomas A. Boland, Commissioner                                                                                                                                                                                      

ALSO PRESENT:               John D. Donaghy, Interim Director/Chief Financial Officer           

                                                Desiree E. Watson, JWSC Attorney

Chairman Provenzano called the meeting to order.

Commissioner Perry made a motion seconded by Commissioner Dean to close the special called meeting and adjourn to executive session to discuss the employment for the Executive Director position.  Motion carried 6-0-0.

Back in open session, no action taken.

Commissioner Perry made a motion seconded by Commissioner Cason to interview candidates 1, 2 and 3 for the Executive Director position and to notify each candidate their name will be made public.  Motion carried 6-0-0.
