Announcing Quarterly Open Customer Relationship Town Hall Meetings

As part of our ever-increasing efforts to increase transparency and accessibility between our Board of Commissioners, our management, our staff and the public, the BGJWSC is proud to announce that we will be holding a quarterly Open Customer Relationship Town Hall Meeting. At each meeting, you will be given the opportunity to discuss water & sewer utility topics with less structure and formality than we have at our regular commission meetings. Members of staff and the Commission will be present to field any questions that you have. Visual aids will be provided for projects underway, outside consultants and contractor representatives may also be present to address related concerns.

First Quarter
Wednesday, February 22, 2017 – 6 pm at Howard Coffin Park Recreation Center
Thursday, February 23, 2017 – 6 pm at the St. Simons Island Casino, Room 108

Second Quarter
Wednesday, May 24, 2017 – 6 pm at Howard Coffin Park Recreation Center
Thursday, May 25, 2017 – 6 pm at the St. Simons Island Casino, Room 108

Third Quarter
Wednesday, August 23, 2017 – 6 pm at Howard Coffin Park Recreation Center
Thursday, August 24, 2017 – 6 pm at the St. Simons Island Casino, Room 108

Fourth Quarter
Wednesday, November 22, 2017 – 6 pm at Howard Coffin Park Recreation Center
We will not meet on St. Simons Island in November due to Thanksgiving Holidays

If you’re unavailable to attend one of these meetings, we will be giving you the opportunity to post your question to an “Ask the Director” form which will be made available on our website the week preceding the town hall meeting. The meetings will also be recorded and made available to the public.
