As you can see in the graphic at the bottom of this page, there are many moving parts in the process of tying new services onto our water and sanitary sewer systems. The first hurdle is making sure public water and/or sewer is available.
For Residential Availability – That’s a quick call or email to our New Account Specialist, Michele Schwartz: mschwartz@bgjwsc.org, 912.261.7103 . If services are readily available, you can have an estimate within hours for a single-family home connection.
For Commercial Availability – Complete this Preliminary Information form and email Annette Cornely in Planning & Construction: acornely@bgjwsc.org, 912-261-7126.
Commercial or subdivision projects begin by submitting plans to the local permitting authority. Depending on the location of your property, that will be either Glynn County or the City of Brunswick. From the point of plan applications being accepted by the local authority, a review with initial estimate for connection can happen in 5 business days.
