Annual Goals – July 2025
Each month, we are committed to providing our staff and the public with updates on our progress toward this year’s goals. By sharing key milestones, we aim to keep you informed and support the continued growth of our agency.
We’re excited to share the progress we’ve made toward our annual goals! We’ve seen growth in the number of customers enrolling in our MyUsage portal, helping provide more insight and control over water usage. In addition, our Customer Service staff have made significant strides through site visits, equipping them with firsthand knowledge to better answer questions and assist callers. We look forward to even more improvements in the months ahead as we continue working toward our goals.
